READI teams believes that each individual is precious in the sight of God (Luke 12: 6-7) and that everyone deserves good health - physically, mentally and spiritually.

Because of this, we are concerned about the process, not just the outcome,  of improving health among people. 

This process requires developing relationships and establishing a foundation of trust.  With this foundation we work with people as equals and in the process equip them with the means to become more self-reliant.  This enhances self esteem, provides hope, and produces long-term development in their communities.
