Chuck & Gloria live in Sandia Park, New Mexico. Chuck is a retired IBM engineer who is blessed with many skills ranging from computers to construction. Gloria is a nurse/midwife and is a graduate of the University of the Nations Primary Health Care program. Together they represent a dynamic duo capable of tackling anything we can dish out. We have had the privilege of working together in Chile and recently Chuck and Gloria spent three months working here with us. Chuck served as support staff and Gloria trained the local midwives. Their heart to serve is a blessing and example to us.

Adra, and his wife Nancy, are Shane's parents, and live in Owls Head, Maine. Adra has worked as a pastor and counselor for the past 31 years. His vast experience, wisdom and hunger for the Fathers heart is a inspiration to us. Adra has been directly involved in missions throughout his ministry and has traveled with Shane ministering overseas in both the Amazon and the Banana Republic of Honduras. Nancy is a portrait artist by trade with a heart for spreading Gods love through the arts. Shane's pioneering spirit originated from the example he saw in his parents.

Dr. Michael Clark is originally from Gray, Maine and has spent the last several years serving as a physician in the Air Force. Michael, serving as READI teams Medical Director, led one of the first teams to Honduras to assist in its relief efforts. He has been involved in missions through YWAM since 1985 and was instrumental in the start of Shane's missions involvement. Michael, and his wife Rebecca, are newlyweds and now reside in Northern Virginia. Rebecca has lived and worked in Honduras and also has a big heart to serve. Their involvement in READI teams is an encouragement to us.

Earl, and his wife Carleta, are Sandy's parents and live in the Panhandle of Texas. Earl has worked as a farmer for over 40 years and is blessed with many skills and an abundance of patience. His wisdom gained from experiences in business, agriculture and money management is valuable to our ministry. Carleta is active in reaching out to their community through various activities and a clowning ministry. Earl and Carleta also help coordinate and bring teams down from their home church, Frio Baptist. Their laboring beside us is a tremendous encouragement and blessing.
